I purchased a used engine with a three-year warranty for $3200. It was supposed to ship out two weeks after the purchase. We are now a month after the purchase and no motor has been sent. Every time I called the business and asked to speak to the manager they forward me to a voicemail or they will automatically will disconnect the call

Company claims they will ship with 5-7 business days and offer a great warranty. They never ship the product and then when cancelling the order, charge you 25% restocking fee. The buried the Terms and Conditions under the warranty tab which misleading and fraudulent. After being told on 4 different occasions that the item was being shipped , SW Engines could never produce a tracking number. I got tired of the lies and now am disputing the charge through my credit card and if need with hire a lawyer for deceptive business practices. Now when trying to talk to a manager, they will disconnect the line.
