I used my debit card to purchase a pair of boots that I saw in a Facebook ad. I never received boots, but paid almost $50. I have received vague emails that they shipped but the tracking number in the emails don’t link. The last email response I received was:

Re:Re: Your order#SL21091208415410 has shipped.

Dear

We feel so sorry for the inconvenience and delay.

Your order was already sent out but the tracking site we use differs from normal site, there is no estimated delivery date and the tracking number won't useful for you until it arrives in your city,

We feel very guilty, would you please wait a while?
