Scammer has website, sweetpuppysmiles.com showing family owned breeding, with pictures of family and puppies available along with the pet parents and AKC certified. They contact you by text when you enter your information to reserve. At this point they then email you and identify themselves as Mark and send you a reservation contract and amount. They also send you a sales contract which both have the name Mark but different last names, Rothstein or Mark Will Gray. Other red flags include on their website having two locations listed as in Wyoming or Bismarck, ND. They also state that the health guarantee is for 2 years but the website states 5 years and in emails when yo mention these discrepancies, its oh ya, ND and 5 yr health guarantee. I looked up FB site and their are no reviews but 100 plus likes all of which are foreign Asian names. The reviews on website seemed off and when I searched the photos came up with the exact same reviews, different names for another foreign pet site. Mark Rothstein as he callled himself stated to send two separate amounts of 300$ each to cashapp. His cash app was a Sam Rothstein with a black profile pic. The venmo username was a black rapper gooly mdub, neither were professional pictures. This person actually called me and to complete sale and when I heard his voice he sounded foreign. I looked at the website owner and discovered that it is AGBOR AUSTINE ABANG EFFIM from country Cameroon. This site is on google and chrome and attempts to take money from persons thinking they are purchasing a real pet from ND. All information is false on website. This person Agbor....has set up 16 other sites all doing the same thing, scamming innocent people.
