I contacted Sweetland Boston Terriers in regards to purchasing a puppy. There were several text and email discussion regarding the puppy that I wanted to purchase. I was told that the puppy would be $550 and $265 dollars for shipping to us in Texas. I paid the fees through paypal. When it came time to ship the puppy, the shipping agent uslogistiCexpress, told me that there would be an additional $1689 dollars for a temperature controlled crate. He went on to say that the full amount would be returned to me when the puppy was delivered. He told me I could only pay this amount in cash and that I should go to my nearest Walmart and send the money. I knew this had to be fraud as no reputable company only takes cash. I tried to contact the breeder who would not return my call because they were"in church" (on a Tuesday Morning?). When I texted them that I knew this was a scam they wanted my paypal info to return my money as I "was not a good fit for the puppy", that supposedly had already been delivered to the shipper. I have filled a complaint with paypal and requested that my money be returned immediately.
