Hi, I ordered a Best Friend blanket from this company. The blanket came 1 1/2 months later. The lettering on the blanket was cut off on the right side of the blanket so you couldn't read the whole message. Very poor quality. Very expensive. They refused to give a refund, yet offered a 30% discount on my next order. I advised them through e-mail that I would like a refund due to the poor quality of the blanket. They refused. The payment was through Paypal . E-mailed them numerous times asking for a refund and no response. Advised them that I would report them to the BBB. Still no response. My bank gave me a refund fast as they saw the blanket and it's poor quality.
