I ordered swimsuits from this company and they did not fit and took 3 months to get to me. I tried to return them and they refuse to take the return and want to compensate me 5 dollars after I spent 80! They say on their website they will take returns once you email them the issue but that is a lie.

I ordered 4 bathing suits from Sweetchoose online on June 13th, 2020. I received 3 of the 4 suits on 7/6/2020. One suit was too large, and the other had a broken zipper so I wanted to return two of them. Per their return policy online, I had 15 days to request return from their [email protected] email. I sent my request to return on 7/9/2020. I didn't hear back from them until 7/23/2020. They it would be too much to ship and it would take to long so they wanted to give me a refund of $8 (the cost of the two suits combined was $56.98). I told them that $8 was not good enough, I wanted them to honor their return policy. They then offered $13 - to which I refused and demanded that they honor their return policy. They refused to provide me return shipping information and again said $13 was all they could give me. The last straw was when I received my final suit (the 4th out the 4 I ordered) and it was a completely different suit than I ordered. Now I'm out $86.97 for 3 suits I wish to return and the company will not honor their own return policy - they are a complete scamming company with the worst customer services. People should be advised and they should be held accountable for cheating their customers.

I purchased two suits online. When they arrived the top of one was already fraying and the other one didn't fit. I like the one that was falling apart already so I kept it. However the other one that was too small I wanted to return. After weeks of several emails and them asking me to take measurements and then take pictures of the measurements and send them to the company they are telling me to donate the suit to a friend because shipping back to china is costly and that is where they can only take returns. I do not recommend this website to anyone. Although I liked one of hte suits and it fit - it is VERY cheaply made and is already falling apart. I will need to resew it and also fix the elastic band at the top of the tankini so it lays flat and isn't all twisted.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Placed order in late May. The customer service team responds on June 11th that one item is out of stock and asked if I would like to replace it with another item. I asked which item. No response. Then on June 13th I tell them to refund my order. No response. I email them again June 15th saying seriously I want my order refunded to which they just responded that it already shipped and it is too late to refund and to wait another 6-12 days and to refer to their return policy. She also said it if I don’t sign the parcel and ship back (at my own expense!) to them they aren’t responsible. I asked to cancel before it shipped and now they are telling me tough luck.

Then looked on Facebook and it looks like a lot of other people have had the same experience. I was charged $118.96 on May 30 for bathing suits I now know I will probably never receive. This should be shut down.
