Ordered clothes from what i thought was Bloomchic, but was scam company on July 3rd, haven't received the product or the refund they said would be given. I paid bt debit card through my local bank

Ordered clothing from what i thought was Bloomchic, (emails say Bloomchic/sweetbabymo) for $41.96 on July 3rd, said it was delivered August 5th, which it was not. Requested a refund through email, which they said was not possible and would resend the order, which hasn't been received yet either.
