Letter received stating that $250,000 had been won in the North America Consumer Promotion Draw. to be paid by certified check delivered via UPS or FedEx. Claim # BC-110-07-702. A check for $265.50 was included to cover the $2000 processing fee. Recipient was advised not to cash the check until advised by the claim agent James Skinner at 1 800 419 2235. Letter signed by H. Edmonson, vice president of finance. No action was taken on this. No contact made

Called my elderly mother telling her my father won a sweepstakes he entered 3 years ago(I listened on another phone because she recognized the number because he had called earlier). The prize was 250,000.00 I had her hang up.My father has been deceased for 6 years.This is not the first time we received these calls.The 876 area code shows to be a Jamaica number.
