It started off by me seeing an ad for this clothing company on Facebook. I clicked on the ad which brought me to their website. It appeared that they had really trendy clothing for a very low cost. I spent about $60 on clothing. Right away, I was charged 3 times instead of once after checking out. I was able to get my money back for 2 of the charges but it took a while. When I finally received my order, I was appalled. The items were completely different fabric, color, and style then in the photograph. I am a photographer and can tell that the products in the photograph are not the products that I received. The fabric is extremely different, the cut of the shirt was supposed to have rips on the edges of the garment and there were none. The material was short paper thin spandex looking fabric where in the picture it was a long textured cotton sweatshirt. After e-mailing the company to ask for a refund, they replied saying that they can't afford the shipping cost of sending the items back to them. They offered me a 20% refund on only one of the items. I was not happy with this obviously, so I went online to research their company and see if anybody else was having similar experiences. I went on their Facebook and noticed there was no option to leave a review. I went on their website as well and noticed that there is no location that the company is based out of listed. There is also no information on their return policy. I also noticed that there were comments left on their facebook photos but they were set to private so the public cannot view them. I went on their Instagram and noticed that there were multiple people posting the word "scam" on the pictures the company posts. After learning that other people were realizing this business is a scam, I emailed them back asking for a full refund in light of my findings and sent them a photo of what I received vs the picture online. They then offered me 40% back on only one of the items. After several more emails, I have still never received 40% back and I'm now out around $60 and a lot of time. That doesn't sound like much, but during this pandemic this was a lot of money for me to spend hoping that I could get some winter clothing. I hope that reporting this will prevent other people from getting ripped off. Especially during these difficult times.
