Have been in a 2 month battle trying to get them to stop charging me. Deleted my account/membership, no longer even have the app but am still being charged $20 a month. Money down the drain and my only option after speaking with my bank is to cancel my credit card which I have had for years and is on many recurring payment plans so it is going to be a huge pain. Have tried to reach a representative or anybody from the company but cannot get a reply other than a generic we will respond in 3-5 business days. Not once have I ever gotten that follow up email. Bull[censored]. So many apps doing this now, once you give them your credit card you are screwed. 3rd time I've had to fight with a company to stop charging me. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away.
