The company "Provides" a service to have your new bat broken in, instead of having to swing at 200 balls to break in your bat. They put it in a machine and do the service. Except that this company does not. You ship them your expensive bat for the service and they not only not provide the service but keep your bat. On ebay they have good reviews, but if you track them, they are the same accounts giving positive feedback. They just steal your bat and never answer again.

Stay away from this company.
