Giving a false return adress and no refund

I bought 5 pairs of shoes for almost 300$ CAN and all of the shoes were too big for me. I emailed them to get a refund and to return the 2 pairs of shoes I got on 3 and kept the boots since I needed it. So I received three pairs but the two other never got them. I asked them to reimburse me for the two shoes I didn’t receive at least and they accept. But for the two pairs I return to an adress they gave me which is an invalid adress they are telling me they’re sorry they don’t know what I’m talking about the adress is moved.. ? I told them it’s not my business I have all the receipts that’s telling me you have received the two pairs and I need to get my refund. They’re telling that I could get a 30% of the next purchase. I’m so possède cause that’s a lot of money and it’s not the first time it’s taking forever to get them shoes. I believe it’s not a professional online shop. Some retailer there are fraud.
