Poor quality

I ordered a pair of shoes $42 when they finally arrived they looked nothing like the picture. After several emails and lame suggestions such as why not give as a gift, or how about a big coupon for your next order, or the return shipping is not reliable and the order might get lost..I was never given a return address. I was offered 25% refund and was told that is all I will get. They were stopping returns. Do NOT buy from this company

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I wanted to return both because one came damaged and one was too big. I was even willing to pay shipping to send them back, which I shouldn’t have had to do for the damaged ones. They told me shipping would be over $35. Later, I was told the company has no return shipping address. I wrote a completely new email trying to get someone else to help, and it was the same person who responded, “Amanda”, with an identical response as our very first interaction.The email didn’t even address anything I said. Don’t purchase from this company!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from their website on October 8. I emailed them 3 weeks later as I never got an email that anything shipped: they claimed they just shipped it. I asked for a tracking number and they said they don’t have one: then I asked for a full refund and they made a joke saying how about a nice discount? Then when I messaged again they blocked me on fb messenger: they are scamming people out of their money and are not legit. I filed a claim with PayPal.
