Yesterday I received the mail a cashier's check for $1,985 and change . It was my payment for my first assignment as a survey premium shopper. I was told to go to CVS ,Walgreens, Walmart to be a secret shopper and check a whole shopping list of things. The list included were you greeted at the door, was the signage neat and clean. Were the bathroom is clean, did the employees seem happy. Was the cashier present, was the parking lot clean etc etc blah blah blah. Well I may have been born at night but not last night. The check did come complete with all the appropriate water marks. They said to deposit the check into my account and when I asked them could I cash it outright at a check cashing place they told me no you have to deposit it in your checking account. I only called them to see what kind of scam they were trying to pull. Today I got a text from them asking did I finish my assignment yet because if I finished within 24 hours I would receive a $200 bonus. Within 36 hours a $100 bonus and within two days a $50 bonus. My reply was I'm not going to deposit your fake check into my checking account. And I never got a response to that.
