I got a phone call from Amazon at 10:59 am. I talked to a man with an Asian accent. He said he was calling from Amazon on behalf of the BBB. There was so much background noise we couldn't understand him. He asked me if I had made an Amazon charge. I said no I don't have an Amazon account. He said there was a $300 Amazon charge. He asked me to download the teamviewer app onto my phone. The he said he was trying to refund money to me. He said he would call back in a couple of hours.
