Today I was told i was fired because the owners something to do chic has a problem with me. I worked in a few other offices owned by this person under different names and its the same stuff there also. I always felt something wasnt right with the accounts all the years but i didnt pay it no mind because I had to make my money. His name Wes Winfield 678-684-8905. anyone who work for him has to sleep with him to make it. Guess i didnt do good enough when it was my turn.

My signifgant other received a call from 839-529-1905claiming to be looking for me. I call them back and they advised that they were calling from Surety Mediation Solutions in regards to an attempt to try to fraud a lender called EZ money by saying I worked some where and I didn't. When I challenged him and asked more questions he then placed me on hold. Suddenly a women was on the phone saying that she was from Chex systems and I had been flagged. She gave me my compete SSN as well. She then gave me a different story and said that I failed to pay EZ Money. She said the loan was taken out 3/1/2012 and went to collections 10/4/2019. She said I owed $1320.95 but I can pay lesser amount of $632.95. I asked her what is EZ money and she said that it was an umbrella company name for several pay day loan companies. I asked her which one and she refused. I told her I don't owe any pay day loan companies and that any loan I had has been paid. I was told to provide proof but she was still unwilling to provide the actual lenders name. She repeated I could get an attorney an d fight it or pay. Those are my only options. I asked for a debt validation letter an all they did was send me an email with no supporting information. I did do some research and they do not have a website and I also called Chex systems and they do not have any affiliation with Surety Mediation solutions

A person claiming to be Jenny Stone from Surety Mediation Solutions has called my cell phone, work phone and my sons cell phone. She called my work phone and that is when I spoke to her. She claimed I had a delinquent payday loan that was gaining interest, and the amount due is 1900 but they could settle for 1500. Then she said if I paid that day she could get it down to 500. She is very convincing and had all my personal information- social security number, address, date of birth, etc. She has now left a voicemail stating she has to hear from me yet again today or she will send my social security number to chex systems and have my accounts frozen. She left phone number 575-395-7991, and had used an 855 number before.

Company Harrassment

I received a call today (3/5/2019) from Surety Mediation Solutions about a debt that i was told i owed to EZMoney in the amount of $1689. The guy did not give his name even when I asked for it. He stated he needed to send a tracker out to my home today to seize assets to recoup the cost of the debt. I explained that I dont know anything about this debt and who is the original creditor. He stated EzMoney and EzCorp. I asked for the original documents and he said he couldn't provide that. He also said if wanted to settle the issue I would have to pay $532.95 today. I explained again that I dont about this debt and I need to research it. While on the phone with him I checked my email and there was no emails from EZMoney, EZCorp or Suretly Mediations Solutions. I do not feel comfortable with being told that after a 5 year debt and NO communication that I someone is coming to my home to seize my things. He went on to say he's being doing this for years and people often run from their debts. He was rude and pushy. Frustrated with the call, I asked again for more information so that I can truly know this is my debt and also knowing that I completed a bankruptcy in 2020, I don't owe what he is stating I owe. He refused to given me any information. I asked for a contact number and his name so that I could call back when I had more information and in a rude way he talked fast and stated he was going to document that I didn't want to move forward and would send my file to court to have my things seized. I am very uneasy now and when I call the number back that he called from, which is a local Illinois number, it is a non working number. Is there anything I can do to stop these people from harrassing me?

They called me about a pay day loan that was taken out from an address when I was on active duty in the Army. Stated that if it was not paid they would freeze my accounts. They had my old address, birth date, bank name, and social security number. Called over 10 times in one day. When I asked for proof of me taking out this pay day loan they stated that they bought it from another debt collection agency. I have never taken a pay day loan out but they had me second guessing myself due to the information they had about me.

I had the exact same company call today, about a payday loan from EZ Money. Said they were going to take me to court and subpoena me. I told them go right ahead and I'd see them in court.
