Do not use this company for they are scammers! I called in a repair to my home warranty company for a repair to an electrical outlet to be fixed. The little man came out on March 30, 2023 and assessed the situation, however, he would have had to cut my wall in order to repair the outlet. The home warranty does not cover wall cutting and wall repairs but the outlet repair was covered. On the day of the repair, the little man refused to contact the home warranty company and just said he's not authorized to make the repair event though he and his dispatch had previous knowledge of the wall and had permission from the home warranty company to make the repair. I called the home warranty company and told them what happened and they told me they had already given Supremo Electric permission to repair the outlet and that it would be my responsibility to cover the cutting of the wall which Supremo Electric agreed to for their price. Supremo Electric was still bound to make the repair. I payed the little man $75.00 for the fee for 10 minutes of work. I and the home warranty company continued to call Supremo Electric and sending them emails to set a date for them to repair the outlet, but they refuse return any calls or messages to either of us. My outlet has not been repaired as of this day April 13, 3023. These people must be exposed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
