The reached out saying they were going to fix a virus in my computer. Remote accessed my computer and told me to leave the room or it might hurt my eyes. They purchased hundreds of dollars in gift cards.

This guy is rude claims to be protecting your computer. Says you have a subscription and asks if you want your money refunded and to cancel. Gets you on the site of SupRemo wants you to click on download and the wants your Id #. Whenever you question him he gets rude and tells you if you don’t cancel, you will be charged for services and is rude about it. He even got mad when I was talking to my husband about what was going on

I received a voice mail on 10/28/2020: You will be charged $399. unless I call 732-285-9128 to cancel. I called - was told to go to Google Chrome screen - and to type in SuPremo. A person named Mark William got on the line. Then John ( no last name), but said he was the accounting supervisor, cancelled me out of the service. There were 2 more phone numbers given: 470-427-1655 and 678-434-2870 (Global IT service). John gave me a cancellation ID of 888DCA608FOF. I was never charged anything. I looked immediately to my bank account - nothing suspicious there. My computer technician spent 2 nights fixing my computer and I changed all passwords. I admit - I was the victim I should NEVER have called the number. I have learned my lesson.

I was contacted on me cell phone and the caller had my computer ID. He insisted that I was about to be charged a renewal fee unless I allowed his company remote access to my computer to remove the software. I refused and asked to be connected to a supervisor. At this point he became rude and threatened the charges. I will alert my credit card company so this doesn't happen.

I want others to know of this company's predatory practices.

Rep called and claimed he was giving us an 8

$800.00 refund, had acces to our computer and wanted us to sign into our bank on line so he could give us the refund. Got agitated and hung when he was told to send a paper check. The phone # they called from was 1-806-338-2860.

jGentleman called me from a phone registered to a James ***** about a refund from Amazon Prime which my husband was supposed to have opened. After getting more information and signing into their website they immediatly opened my online banking account. They gave me an account number of 259 *** *** associated with my case and a password of **** so they could refund me $250.00 which was never taken out of my account. Then asked me about any other bank accounts I advised BOA but advised had not used it in over 2 years and did not have any account information. I then asked if they had any information on the person who opened the account they showed me a picture from Interpol with the name of Nikolai Andrejko which was obviously not me or my husband. Then closed out my computer and after a few minutes went back online and found them still in control of my computer after closing out of all tabs no further activity but will continue to watch my account daily. This is diffently a SCAM also contacted police my banks and gave them the information. Be ALERT for this scam using Amazon Prime as the business

I just got a phone call that my "subscription" was auto renewed & $399 had been charged to my bank account, & that I should call back if I wanted to cancel or get a refund. I called, & they guy directed me to a website. At this point, I saw that it was something I had never subscribed to in the first place. I checked my bank account to make sure they didn't really have my money, & just now checked my hard drive to make sure their "system" wasn't really on my computer. Their website says they are based in Italy, but the guy on the phone sounded like he was in a call center in India. I could hear other callers in the background, too. I told him I would report them to BBB, then I hung up.

They called and said they had $200 refund from Microsoft. They deposit a large amount of money into my account. They wanted me to get 2 $100 debit cards to send them money. I refuse and told them no. He kept on calling several times right behind each other for several days. He is still calling now under private number.

I got a call stating that I purchased a program a couple of months ago and the company that installed it was going out of business. So, I they needed to refund me the money of 79.00. He needed to access my system so that he could do that. He had me download supremo in my computer so that he could control my software to refund me my money and take out the program. He first had me go into my online banking account. I didn't have an online banking acct. so I had to enroll , but it wasn't working that day.(thank the Lord) I wasn't able to finish talking to him that day because I had to get to work. I told him I would be home at 5;30. I was unavailable to talk to him again that day, though his attempts of calling me several times. Before he called me on Tuesday August 22, 2017,I was on my computer and a note came up on my screen saying your computer is being hacked, and then he called me.I told him I was being hacked. I right away turned my computer off and then turn it back on and it locked me out.So, he said he would get them off my back by downloading supremo and he would block them. He asked me if I had a paypal acct. I said yes so he asked me to log in my Paypal account and he would refund my money that way. He said he would refund me my 99.00 in my Paypal acct. so, he typed in 2,999.00. As soon as that popped up in my available money spot I told him he needed to get fix that. He said he was unable to reverse that and that I needed to go to Target and get him a gift card for 2000.00 dollars and then the next day go back and get him another 800.00 cause the limit on the gift cards were 2000.00. I told him that I was not going to go to Target and get him a gift card and he started threatening me telling me he was going to unleash the hacker back on my computer and steal all my personal stuff and that I would be sorry if I didn't go to Target and get him these gift cards. I told him that this was his error and that he needed to fix this himself. He proceeded to tell me what a bad person I was, tried to make me feel guilty by not returning his money to him. I finally hung up on him and exited everything on my computer. He tried to call me back several times.

I was on my computer and rec'd a PopUp that said I had dangerous viruses and they provided a phone number to call, which I did. The company is named Supremo. They charged me $99 and they requested remote access to my computer which I allowed. Then somebody (Jordan McCoy with heavy Indian(?) accent) called me back and said they should have charged $199 and said that they thought there were more problems on my computer.

The receipt from PayPal went to Himanshu Sharma for $99

I have changed my passwords at my bank and will change my Paypal passwords as well.

I am concerned that these people will steal from me.
