My mother was called by someone who asked if she had any discomforts and if she needed any medical equipment. She said that she didn't need anything, but received two wrist braces, two ankle braces, and a heel cup. The shipping list said that any errors need to communicated within two business days in writing otherwise all claims of errors are deemed waived. My mother is a non-native English speaker and I hate seeing to taken advantage of in this way and hate this waste of taxpayer's money.
