I contacted Sunday okoro from supreme business systems LLC to prepare and submit documents for licensing to the CDPH for my CNA training program Broad Spectrum Healthcare LLC. I paid a deposit of $10000 and an additional $1,100 few months later and Mr okoro gave the timeline of 120days which started November 1st of 2022, however, nothing was prepared. Mr okoro instead continued to ask for his balance without any proof of work. When prompted, he would delay and dodge. Mr Sunday travel on November 30th of 2022 and returned three months later. He stated he submitted the application prior to his trip without consulting or reviewing with me. I scheduled an emergency meeting on march 7th at his home which serves as his office and he agreed. Upon getting to his home, he stated he was very busy with a zoom call and referenced the voices coming from his bedroom. When I listen closely, it was the voice of the weather man. We asked for the password of the business email address that he been refusing to give me, to check whether anything was submitted like he claimed, to which he responded that he used his own personal email to submit the application back in November. The meeting was rescheduled for March 18 2023. I did my due diligence and contacted CDPH to check whether any documents were submitted on behalf of broad spectrum healthcare LLC by Mr sunday okoro of supreme business systems to which they denied. I have email correspondence for proof. On the day of meeting, Mr okoro presented insufficient documentation that would not qualify my business for licensing. It also looked as if the documents were possibly copied and pasted. Also, he deliberately provided several fraudulent and false information in the document with the full knowledge that I would receive my license. He banked on my ignorance and was willing to write and say anything to get the remaining money. I voiced my concerns, Mr. Okoro became verbally aggressive and threatening. I became very uncomfortable and vacated the premises. I would like my refund due to fraud.

I would like to note that I offered to meet with my okoro in a public setting like Starbucks to discuss this issue, to which he refused and stated his home would serve as his only office. I was very uncomfortable due to the nature of his behavior, and the possibility of him being aware that I am now aware of his scams.
