I called the number because I was concerned that I may have been scammed. Email for the order and/ or receipt never came. I ordered this product from a sight that showed up when I was looking up dentipro. It showed three products like a consumer report. This one was showing to be a better product according to the report.
When I called the number they said they were a message center. The name was Supreme Wellness Center. I ask the first time about the product and my order they said they didn't carry that product.
I canceled my card. I called them back and ask what products they carried they wouldn't give me any names of those products. I asked to talk to a supervisor the said he would call me back. I didn't leave a message for him.

I also am an elderly disabled person with horrendous tinnitus. Fell for ad online. Sent them Almost $200.on 12/4/21. Came to my senses next day after reading terrible BBB rating, "F" I believe. Called Customer Service, and was assured order was cancelled. Hah! Lo and behold, Discover card charges still there. Email says UPS delivery is on the way. I am a Fool! No product, and no money!

Same thing just happened to me! What a scam. The terms of this 14 day cancellation period is not sent in any of the confirmation emails it’s ONLY on their website hidden under a small terms and conditions link!

It was an online ad that popped up and it said that you could try these products page after page it does not show that you owe any more money but they claim it shows that that would mean I would be paying $119 after 16 days for each product and they would set me up on a regular basis well they never sent me any more product I canceled them and the cancellation number was c9ee82ab321.but they still took my money out of my credit card and my credit card won't help me they said to talk to them and they won't they just nasty to me on the phone and I need you to know that this is something they do to senior citizens which I am a senior citizen because they know that you're not going to read 25 pages into it hidden in the small print and they need to be told not to do this anymore to other people
