Email from what appeared to be Costco. Selected to receive gift just for the cost of shipping. Once accepted a shipping cost was posted to credit card. A couple of days before receiving item, $59.92 was posted to credit card and email received from SDES indicating that I was being charged for the item. Called and requested address to return item. They refused. Requested refund which was initially refused. I indicated that this was a scam and fraudulent and that I would report it. I was told that refund would be refunded on credit card 5 to 7 days. That has not happened. Totally fraudulent. I would appreciate any assistance available to get the refund.
