Seller was advertising on Facebook marketplace to sell you a handheld laser engraver for only $49.99 while supplies last.

The same fake story. A legit-looking website where you order a product. Nothing arrives, Fake tracking shows that it was delivered. Post Office looks at the tracking number and says it is fake. It pretends the product is shipped from China Using https://www.track718.us/ -- a website specializing if faking tracking. A 50-cent item comes in the mail about the same time without any attribution as to the sender, but mailed in the US according to the address on the envelope, (most likely fake but showing Amazon distribution center inWashington State as a sender). My guess is that the scammer(s) is(are) actually in the US and FBI should look at this...

I saw a Facebook ad for a beanbag sale. I decided I wanted one and I paid $40, and they said that it was shipped right away, though, with what appears to be false shipping info. They say it shows the package as “delivered,” but it never arrived.

Facebook ad. Had hundreds of replies stating that they received the order and it was exactly what they ordered. Ordered a printing machine for $50 and received a pair of fuzzy earmuffs in the mail instead. Tried to contact customer service via email from my order and it’s a scam.
