My Dad found a company through Facebook ads and found a tractor he wanted to purchase. He called and spoke to a woman about the process. He was emailed a contract, he looked over it and followed the instructions. He went to his bank and wired their bank the funds to purchase the tractor. He received an email stating they received his money and would do all the transfer paperwork and let him know the delivery date. This was on a Friday. Monday morning he received another email stating the delivery time and date. The tractor was not delivered.
