An email said I won a reward for being a WalMart customer. I got a mini doorbell for the cost of shipping of $5.96. Then I received 2 charges a month apart for $63.71. I tried to dispute the charges with the bank but because there was more than one charge, they said I would have to dispute it with merchant. I called the phone number in the email and they said this was stated in the terms and conditions of the purchase. Obviously, it was very small print because I never saw this. They refused to refund the money but did cancel the subscription. I will be calling the bank again.
