I saw several videos about this warm jacket for winter. I decided to purchase one for me and one for my son for a total of $189.90 . I made the purchase on December 20, even late for christmas but I said its ok as long as they come after since the winter just started. Also they offer free shipping for orders more than $75. Today is January 15, 2023, no signs of the jackets and I already sent them 2 emails and got no response. I found a telephone number online and I will give them a call tomorrow Monday. I hope I get a response and don't have to follow up with more complaints.
