When reserving flights on American Airlines I paid $72.47 for seats through a company called Travelopick. Due to a recent knee replacement it is helpful to be seated in aisle seats to extend my leg. When checking in to the flight American Airlines said they do not honor seating assignment from 3rd parties. This led to 2 very uncomfortable flights from Tucson to Hartford. When I contacted Travelopick they were not helpful and the person on the phone was very difficult to understand. I asked if there was someone else to speak with but was ignored.
