Scammer claimed to be a legitimate debt collector for a payday loan from five years ago. They even called other members of my family. They told me that if I did not settle this immediately, I would be taken to court and sued for fraud. They claimed they Were with Alameda County where I reside. They fraudulently got me to sign a payment agreement and attempted to set up automatic payments from my bank account. I tried to look this company up online, and their page goes to a warning, saying this may be hacked do not use any personal information and do not proceed. They continue to call and harass myself, as well as the rest of my family. The lady that called me said her name was Nola Brown. I have since blocked the number and reported the attempted fraudulent charge to my bank.
