Instant message on weather channel app saying I had a chance to win a free iPad if I registered in 4 mins and paid only $5.95 shipping. They charged me $5.95 then $7.95 and $79.95. I called the # from the email and the lady said it was for a raffle that I didn’t win. I asked for the $7.95 and $79.95 back because I didn’t authorize those charges and she said she couldn’t refund the money. I received nothing
