I placed order for a wedding dress and took a screenshot of the order I placed on the website before closing out but never received an email and its going on 2 weeks. Shortly after my account got hacked (attempted over 1000 but only got the $320 plus $200 more before my bank alerted me and i locked my card) into but didnt think it was related until i just read another persons complaint which they did the same thing to her. I reached out to the [email protected] about my status and tracking number and no reply. I checked back on the website today and now it shows not found.
