They contacted me and said they needed to pay $550.00 for a discreet package stamp so it doesn't have to go through customs soI paid it. They said it was enroute then I got an e-mail stated I needed to pay a city stamp fee of $325 and if I don't they will have to turn over the package and all my info to customs. I contacted the company I ordered from and they said it will be refunded immediately when delivered, I said this doesn't seem right, he assured me it's normal. I don't know what to do, I am totally broke and can't afford another fee but need the package or I'll loose all the money I've already put out. They have me over a barrel, I pd an extra $50 for next day delivery, this is day 3.
