I was called on my cell by Sam Williams with Sapphire. He said he worked for Rocket Mortgage and he could completely get my loan on track and even lower the payments significantly. He wanted me to deposit a check into my own account , cash the check and then go to a Western Union to obtain a money order. I was to call him when I got to Western Union so he could give me the numbers to write on it and the address to send it to. Then I was to call him back within 30 minutes to give him the confirmation numbers of the money order. I have alerted Rocket Mortgage that their customers info is being mishandled illegally.
