I send this to dispute the charges of $129.98 on March 6, 2023 and $119.98 on March 7, 2023 to SentryRapidBaseCom. I DID NOT authorize these 2 purchases and DID NOT receive any products/merchandise for these transactions. The only purchases I made were the ones on February 26, 2023 to remedyfit.com, $6.98 and $5.98. I received two small items like samples of a product. I’m asking for a refund to my account at Capital One Bank for the charges of $129.98 and $119.98 because I think this is a SCAM. For claim #230307Cl00698, I called customer service at Sentry (1-855-563-7748) and spoke with Ella. She told me that it is up to my bank to return my money. I contacted Capital One Fraud earlier today and spoke with Amy. She told me to contact the company. Again, I only received 2 small items of face cream, one for $5.98 and one for $6.98. I DID NOT authorize a subscription. I do not think I should be charged $129.98 and $119.98.
