They asked if I wanted FREE heated insoles with my purchase of 2 heated vests. They took my payment info and used it to charge my account every month. After I called they said it was "not refundable."

I returned the items that I paid for but they said that they lost the items and would not refund my account. The items had to be returned to Puerto Rico for full return.
