I saw a Facebook ad titled Blind Date with a Book. This was advertising a book in the genre of your choice along with book cover craft to personalize your gift. I ordered 5 sets. I received 5 sets of cookie cutter brown kraft paper, stickers, marker to make a cover only. No books. I contacted company who insisted they sent out correct order despite my showing pics of material received. I even included pic of shipping label showing package I received weighed under 11 ozs. No way a book, much less 5 books were included in this package. The company started playing a long back and forth game, offering me a $9 "discount", then $11, $14, $16, $22, $30 to just keep my order. They refused to offer a return address until I threatened to get PayPal involved. Then they gave me an address. I cannot get shipping with a tracking number or signature rec'd under $40. I do not trust this company so I am hesitant to spend that money to get refunded. They had stated that they would decide the refund once they received and verified original product while still arguing that they had sent books. I'm pretty sure they will not refund me due to no books. At this point, I am out $105.71 and have been stressed out with the amount of followup to this point.

This site went from an Instagram link to purchase “A Blind Date with a Book.” I got a pirated chapter from Nicolas Sparks book (looked like a pamphlet.) Some post it flags, stickers and a bookmark. The skinny pamphlet was wrapped in brown paper. It was supposed to be a real fiction book. I paid $38.03 to PayPal and sent in a dispute.

I purchased Bio mimic foundation 4 in 1 and waited 5 weeks for it as the emails said it was coming from Italy. It never arrived at when I asked for a refund they ignored the request and sent yet another email saying they had shipped out another one and I would receive it in 3 days as this one is coming from China. Really? I requested a full refund again and was again ignored. I placed a stop payment on the transaction through my bank but haven't heard if I will be returned my money. PayPal has been less than helpful.

Ordered a windchime which was to ship from US. It took 4 weeks to arrive from Ireland, I was overcharged, the item was not at all as described and pictured in their ad and is damaged.
