After purchasing a home I received an official letter requesting payment to get a copy of my deed/property report/flood information. The official letter received had all of the information needed and requested $123.00 to get the official copy of the above. I received a Property Profile Report/Flood Report that was bogus. None of the comparable info was valid, flood information was incorrect and no copy of the deed.
