I ordered some of their pheromonal body glow in December. They opened a "subscription", where they keep taking $29.95 out of my account every month. I have emailed, FB messaged them, all to no avail. Still have not received any product.

Business Name: Pheromonal Is an outright scam. You purchase what you think is two glitter lotions for $11, not realizing that they are charging you a $29.95 membership fee that applies after three days. I’ve gone back and acted like I was gonna make another order and there is no box to check or uncheck this is just something that company charges you and then says you agreed to it.. I’ve never received my product. It was ordered on December 26, 2024. Today is January 31, 2025. I never received product . They are attempting to charge my bank on a monthly basis for $29.95. I have reached out over a dozen times via email. I have called the number over seven times. No one ever answers and no one ever responds to an email, however, they do send an email right before they bill you again for $29.95 for a product that you will never receive and never asked to be a VIP member of! I have seen hundreds of people saying they never see their product and this is a scam after the fact of purchasing the two bottle bottles for $11. I’m not the only one don’t ever purchase from this company!

I ordered from this place on December 5th with a guarantee that I would receive my order by Christmas.

It is now January 15th and I haven't received my order. I have emailed them with NO response I have called them and NO response.
