Then I got an email that just for 6 hours I’ll get 5x 32,99

They have a lot of emails not just the pegroup.com

Also the courier is involved, they know what those people do

I have screenshot of everything

The web doesn’t existe anymore

I asked for refund, they say wait a little more! But I already reported and ask the bank for my money back!

I ordered shorts on Facebook costing me $36.96 and received a cheap cooling towel worth $1.97. I emailed them and they emailed me back stating “ We sincerely apologize for this case. After our repeated checks, we are sorry to find that the consignor made the wrong batch due to hot sales, so you received the wrong item, we are really sorry, and we will claim compensation from the shipper.

In order to make up for your loss, please negotiate with our supplier, they promise to resend the correct item to you, but unfortunately, they request to return the item you received. In this case, could you please go to your local post office and inquire about the return fee? Our return address is: Room 2004, Building 5, Guangminggang Park, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China.

You can choose to get a full refund or ask us to resend you the correct item after the supplier receives the returned package, please provide a picture of the delivery paper and package when returning it or provide us with tracking information online (screenshot or picture) if you return the package.

After you send back the item and provide the above information, we will immediately arrange a full refund.

(You will need to pay for the return shipping of the package yourself)

Yuki. I did go to the post office to get a price to return the item but they did not give me a zip code. Another email I received days later Dear customer,

Thank you for your fast response.

We would like to resend you a replacement,but to our regret,the item was sold out .

As we checked with the supplier and got feedback that the item will be in stock will take several months or even longer.

In order not to keep you waiting for a long time,we suggest that we offer you a 55% refund of your total payment ,which is not earned by us.

Please let us know if that is acceptable with you.

I ordered items online and did not receive them..I money was deducted from my checking account..Many email back and fourth..They will not refund my money or send my order. The return emails always have a different name on the reply.

On 11/25/22 i ordered a cat liter box for Black Friday for $19.95 it sifted the liter once the cat is out the box.. it was free shipping and handling…I have yet to receive it and have been contacting them zincove, alleyclue, [email protected] they email me back saying a refund for $10.99 for a shipping fee…I never received nothing and it was free shipping and handling
