Sept 5,2022 thru Nov 11 I subscribed to Paramount plus TV stream. I ordered from my couch with TV and cell. Essential pkg. Nov 10 I reviewed the past few months of my checking account and found Paramount plus TV had withdrawn 4 pymt in 3 mths. Also, cbsnews mobile app had 4 pymt transaction in the same weeks as Paramount pymts of those 3 mths. Cbsnews mobile app is free, always has been. Cbsnews had two pymts in Sept, one pymt in the next 2 mths. Paramount plus had 2 PYMT in Nov, 1 PYMT in the prior two mth. I file a complaint with Paramount on the website. I called cbsnews mobile. The only contact info for Paramount at my acct and website is support @paramountplus.com. cbsnews person on the call said they have no dept for my issue I'd need contact Paramount. Sister Co. Paramount sent me generic emails with encrypted email info with generic condolences but denied the proofs I sent,which they specifically requested but everyday I inquired a resolution be made, I was told they had no acct with my email I used. They had no info of the theft I was talking about. In Dec, the week before Christmas, I filed complaint at BBB. My agent [email protected], I believe was in California, San Francisco I think. The third week of January I received $11.99 return from Paramount at my online checking account. Case closed.. Cbsnews complaint was denied, I got fake contact phone no., Refused resolution. I removed my pymt info in Paramount plus my acct Nov 11. I unsubscribed to Paramount plus Nov 11. Stream ended Dec 9. Feb22,2023 I contacted support@paramount for $27.98 stolen. On feb24 I was asked for screenshots of the transactions, again,as I had been asked in Nov. Communication ended Feb 24,2023 when the email from Paramount supposed with h responses from a encrypted email address said my screenshots didn't prove Paramount was the recipient. I'll never use Paramount again for Streaming
