I seen an ad on facebook for a product this company was selling. I clicked on the ad and it took me to this company’s web page. I purchased four items from this company with a credit card. I waited for a tracking number and the delivery, when its was about a week after I was supposed to receive the package I tried to call them and the phone number didn’t work so I emailed them. They response back saying that it was delivered and that I needed to contact the post office. I call the post office and they told me it was delivered to address in my town but not to my address. I emailed the company again and told them everything the post office told me. They apologize and would send out another package right away. Since then I have been given three different tracking numbers to packages that had been delivered to three different stated other than the one I live in. I made the purchase in August and it’s now the last day in December. I have every email that I have received and every email that I have sent them if you would like them. I have even asked for a refund and they told me that I can have one because there company was to small and they would go out of business. This is a quote off of their website, “Quarantine Clearance Sale: In recent two years, due to the impact of the epidemic COVID 19, Amazon’s inventories have piled up and lots of warehouses have closed down. This is why they sell them to us at a lower price and we can sell them at a big discount. For all of the products we sell, you can find the same original products at a higher price on Amazon.com. Amazon Unclaimed Packages: Amazon unclaimed? Every month, hundreds of thousands of packages are lost and sent to us for safe keeping. If they go unclaimed for 3 months, we sell them at 50% off!” I looked at other companies selling the same thing and they are selling them for the same price. I was looking for help to get what I ordered or a refund so I can purchase it else where.
