I found what I thought to be a legitimate discounted candle reseller on facebook ad called. Candle discounter . I ordered $96.83. Total of candles on 10/10/23 . I received a fake tracking number from a different company name ( xps customer care-vip.com). When I repeatedly asked about where my item was or for a refund they kept sending me the same fake tracking number . And another fake e mail site ( Cutenewcc .com) which does not show up now. This is fully fraud and I want a full refund. I have contacted my bank and they are investigating this as well

The ad showed up on Facebook. Looks exactly like a Coldwater Creek ad! Didn't question until I got the email today from someone saying a charge would be showing up at my bank. The email said "Your payment of USD 44.31 has been approved and the transaction will appear as nefariousca on your bank statement. To view your order details, track your package, or contact the merchant, please visit https://xps.customercare-vip.com/index/index/service/token/004e1eb382897763b1f07... /> To ensure your excellent shopping experience , the merchant requested customer care service at CustomerCare-VIP.com." I had no idea who they were until I checked online and found the link here. I am attaching what the ad looked like in case it helps. Apparently Facebook has had numerous complaints but won't remove ads.

I'm not even sure what they are charging me for but it may be what I thought was the clearance outlet for Coldwater Creek. The amount matches. Should I decline payment
I ordered some ammunition that was on Facebook as advertisement. It cost me $71.91 for the items I ordered. After I paid for it I got a receipt for the money that was paid for by credit card. It showed me that this was a CHINA transaction. I kept checking on the shipping and it was always china.EMS shipping company. I texted them for a USPS tracking number but never got it. I kept checking my mailbox from the day that they said my items were delivered. The items never made it to my mailbox. I went to website and texted the that my items were never received. I got a email back telling me that I will get a refund of $71.91 in approx. 5 days through the heneta.com website. When I checked on the heneta.com website I got a 404 no such website.

They finally offered a full refund on the 2nd DEC and it was on my credit card the same day.

I MUST HAVE SCARED THE [censored] OUT OF THEM !

My next correspondence was "Dear customer, Thank you for contacting us. After inspection, we found that your package has indeed arrived at your local post office and indicated that it was delivered properly. Please contact your local post office and provide your name, address and tracking number: AS064278976CN under the carrier China Post. 2. Please check with your neighbours and family members and ask if they have signed the package for you. I told them "I've done all you have asked to try to find my purchase. Refund my money to me as soon as possible. This is not normal business for you to send the product to somewhere in my city and expect me to try to find it. I've gone above and beyond, give me my refund. My question to you is when are you going to give my money back? We both know I am never going to see the product I paid for. This is the opposite of customer service. Refund my money. "

Next correspondence "Dear customer, So sorry for the trouble caused I checked your package information, your package seems to be a small package, maybe our warehouse staff sent the wrong item for you. If this is the case, we will resend the correct item for you, but first we have to find your last package, could you please recheck that you received the package? The logistics company says the package has been delivered to your address. We shipped the wrong item. There should be a 3D polarized sunglasses in your package, please find this package. I knew I was wasting my time. The Items I paid $49.99 were buy one get one free what I was going to use as large dog beds that showed people in them.

I thought this was Beall's outlet store but I was tricked and it wasn't their store and they keep telling me that they delivered my goods but I never received anything from them so now I'm out money and clothing that I thought I bought from an outlet store. Just want you to be aware of these scammers. I see they scammed others also.
