i ordered and paid for a nooro foot massager i got an e mail but no foot massager my name is marian barnes address 580 orchard park rd west seneca nub 14224 if in don't get it soon will report to my bank as fraud MARIAn Barnes

I ordered the Nooro foot massager. It arrived approximately a month after ordering. The pins on the emulator do not snap onto the foot pad. The emulator doesn't provide an indication of being charge. When I made contact between the emulator and foot pad not sensation was felt as advertised.

I saw an ad for a electronic knee massager (for pain). I ordered one & some herbal knee patches for pain. Checking their FAQs, they said one could cancel the order within 24 hours; I had second thoughts & contacted customer service within 1 hour and tried to cancel. I was told it was already in their system & couldn't be stopped but that it had a 90 day return guarantee. I received the package & tried to get authorization to return it. I was first offered a 20% refund & no need to return, then a 40% refund and no need to return. The kicker is that the return address they send me is in CHINA. I have not checked on how much shipping would cost, but I'm sure its hefty and then I also feel burned because of the FAQs and the fact they list a US return address on the packaging. DO NOT TRUST
