A few months ago i filled out a survey, and then used card for a 2 dollar item. Nothing ever showed up. Months later a charge showed up on my card for $120 on 3/28. I called the number, and they said they will refund the account. Then i see another charge by another name on 2/23/23. Call a different number that was paired with that charge, SAME WOMEN ANSWERS THE PHONE. After getting very irate, person said they will refund that too... I don't think we will see it. Will have to contact Credit card company too.... This women tried to tell me that the one charge was for a pallet of electronics, and the first charge was for a Raffle.... She also tried to tell me that they cannot refund after 30 days until i cussed her up and down telling her how dirty and shady they are... something needs to be address. not sure what to do about this... at least they answered the phone..
