The product has a 90-day guarantee and was installed\ on 1/21/21. I have called numerous times only to be told to give the product more time. The message is always the same and since the produce grantee is only 90 days i have no recourse other than to chalk it up to having been scammed.

when calling on the product claims the excuse is to give the product more time. I have the product installed since 1/21/21 and have not had my electrical bill drop.
