Was given a. Discount code around November last year in 2023. . purchased The jacket from manly t shirt.com. About three week's later received a plastic jacket not resembling the.leather. One I had chosen originally. Called my credit card reported them.and. Was promised it would be taken Care of. By insurance. Contacted manly t shirt.com..they said they would give me a brand new one as a gift. Three times they senf me. Fraud knock off plastic jackets when they promised me a Brand new leather jacket anyone I wanted free of charge. I have three pleather jackets. That aren't leather. Because of manly t shift.com. While I was promised a leather jacket free of charge as a gift because of the hassle they did.

I placed an order for a cardigan sweater based on an advertisement that I saw on Facebook when I received the item it looked nothing like the item that was advertised I contacted the seller and explain this to them and I even sent them photos of the sweater advertise and photos of me wearing the sweater that they have advertised anyone with eyes can clearly see they are not the same they sent me an email saying that it is the same and that they could not refund my money but they were going to offer me 40% off on my next purchase to me that sounds like a classic scam, anytime you refuse the customer the opportunity to return the merchandise for a refund and did not advise the customer that if you make a purchase there would be no refunds. To me that has the makings of a scam and there are a lot of those on the internet especially Facebook and Instagram that's where they search for their prey. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute but I also want other consumers to be warned about this business and their scam type tactics.

I was looking to buy my boyfriend a nice pair of pants, this Manly site came up and it appeared to look like nice quality stuff, so I ordered a pair of pants. In email it said 3-5 business days, it took 2.5 weeks. When I received the product, it did not fit the description at all (material, look, size, weight.....), so I sent an email to this company requesting how to go about returning the product as I was not happy with the product. It took the company 3 days to response to my email (at 1:14 am), requesting that I fill out a survey and that they would send me a new size of product and I could keep the pair that I had already received. I replied that I would rather not and just to return the product for a refund. 2 days later again at 1:16am, they replied "How about you finish the good survey, then we refund you full money, and you do not need to return it." Signed Lynn. Again I sent my replied "Once again I would rather NOT do a survey, to just return the product for a full refund." and now waiting ..........
