When taking a picture of a QR code on a parking meter in Kamloops, BC, in order to pay, the website Fravvy came up on my phone. I had to sign up with a user name and password, thinking it would pay the parking fee. I don't remember putting in my credit card, but it shows up on the email I received shorthly thereafter. The email says that I have 5 days "free" trial of this service, and will be charged $49.95 per month until cancelled. I tried to call their billing dept. but they are closed till Monday. I will call again then to try to cancel.
