I ordered the product online thru an instagram ad and I never received the product but they charged my credit card for the full amount. I have contacted them repeatedly about refunding my money and they reply with the same message stating that as soon as I receive the product, I can send it back for a refund. I never received the product so it is impossible for me to send it back. I believe it is a huge scam. Although it was only $39, it was still wrongful business.
