Type of a scam Online Purchase
Using the Facebook link, I purchased this item via Paypal on January 25th 2025.
On February 25th, 2025 it was updated as delivered by a company called Tracking Hub. However, my ring doorbell at the exact time of delivery doesn't not show it being delivered.
It was actually a different delivery person from amazon. All items delivered were shown by amazon. This item was not among them.
The tracking number given goes to a company call Tracking Hub that has never returned my messages.
The paypal tracking number given goes to USPS that comes up as non-existent.
The support email shows its powered by "amazonses.com" but amazon has zero record of this product or delivery.
Knoblatter did respond, but they only said I need to contact the shipping company. Tracking Hub didn't respond, USPS has no record of the shipment.
Video evidence shows no sign of this delivery.
I have opened a claim with Paypal for a refund and provided all this data in PDF form.
If you search Knoblatter, you will find reddit posts stating similar experiences and scam data.
