I ordered online. They never sent a tracking number when it was ready to ship. After 15 days of hearing nothing I emailed and they claimed the package was delivered the same day i emailed them. I live in a small town neighbors know each other i have security cameras this package was NOT delivered. But they are giving me the run around.. wont tell me who the carrier was. Or if they will refund me.
