I was on Instagram on 10 18 23 and scrolling through the posts. Came across one that said Neo Cash Card. Watched a video on the product. Filled out the info they asked for, Name Address Credit Card. Said they would charge me initially 9.95 shipping to receive the card. When I went to check my card's balance (as I always do when I use it like that) it had a total of 3 Charges and one of them was the 9.95 and the other 2 totalling over 80 dollars. I was very hurt. I left my bank a message to cancel those charges and in the message, I explained what happened just like I am doing with you (the BBB) now. Of course I will follow up with my Bank as soon as they open this morning. WOW and who thought that on Instagram, they'd be phony accounts like that, ripping innocent people off, lying about their services/features. I want to warn others. I tried to file a complaint on your (the BBB) site, but, can not as you ask for things I can't find about them. Please Help me
